Attached are the Tee Sheet, Alpha List, and Rules for tomorrow's EMGA Two-Man Chapman tournament, Thurs, 4 Jun, on the Blue course, showing your starting holes, assigned tees, and pairings.
Your foursome GGID is: (If blank, you are listed as NOT playing)
Pro Shop and Range Open: 0630
Sign In: 0645-0730
Call to carts: 0745
Shotgun start: 0800
Please leave the last 4 range slots on the left hand side open for Eisenhower members playing the Silver course.
If you are scheduled to play and can no longer make it, please let the Tournament Committee at [email protected] know as soon as possible. As this is a two-man event, if you cancel out, your partner cannot play either unless you or the tournament committee can find him another partner.
If you want to play, please also send us an email and we will see if there’s an opening.
The Sign-In tables will be in the Grill area. If you have not signed in by 0730, you risk losing your slot to a walk up AND WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF SKINS. The Tournament Committee (TC) members manning the sign in tables are volunteers and need time themselves to hit the range before call to carts.
OPTIONAL SKINS: This is our first tournament using Team skins. You must let the TC know at sign-in if you’re playing. Both teammates must opt in to participate. If participating, $5 will be deducted from each member’s EMGA account.
Scoring: We’ll be using the Golf Genius Mobile Scoring app and a paper scorecard. Enter only GROSS scores. A member of one team will enter the gross scores for both teams on the GG app. A member from the second team will mark the gross scores for both teams on the paper scorecard. A team member from each team will sign the paper scorecard.
After the round, turn in your paper scorecard to a Tournament Committee member upstairs in the clubhouse. The TC will check both your paper scorecard and your mobile entry scores before you leave. If you have any questions, please ask that person. Once you leave the Clubhouse area, USGA rules prohibit any changes to the card or electronic scores. Failure to do so will result in a DQ for the foursome.
Please focus on pace of play. If you have an open hole ahead of you, you are behind.
Thanks,
Your EMGA Tournament Committee
