Yesterday I dropped off the Payout sheet and check at the Pro Shop for our 26 March OPC.  I generally wait 5-7 days after each OPC and tournament to do this, so we have time to sort out any alibis and changes to the Payout Sheet.  It takes about a day for the Pro Shop to enter your winnings into your Eisenhower Golf Course (EGC) account.  It's a good idea for you to periodically check the balance in your EGC account to make sure you're getting the money you've won.

You can use your EGC account to pay for anything in the Pro Shop, the Snack Bar, the Bar upstairs, and the Beverage Cart out on the course.  You will need to spend down your account to a zero balance by the end of the calendar year because it will not carry over to the next calendar year.

Please don't confuse your EGC account with your EMGA account that I manage.  Your EMGA account is where your checks went to cover your EMGA annual membership, your fees for our season-long events, Tournament Skins, and OPCs.
