Handicap
Players must have an established GHIN Handicap Index. The maximum spread between team member's indexes cannot exceed 10.0. Higher Handicap players can play down to qualify for the 10.0 index spread. All player's will play to their 6-month low throughout the event.
Ike's Invitational – Member/Guest
Entry Fee – $375 per person
-Includes green fees, cart fees, range balls, prizes, hole-in-one, tee gift, 1 Practice Round on each course – cart included, & food)
54 Holes – Partner's Better-Ball of Stableford Points at 80% of Handicaps
(Partners spread max is 10.0) (Player's play at their 12-month low.) (Teams flighted based on team total index.)
-Each team plays one nine-hole with all other teams in flight.
-Flights and seeding are determined by combined team indexes.
-Teams remain on the 9 holes they began their round.
-Should ties occur for 1st or 2nd place in the flights, they will be broken by…

Hi EMGA,
Sign-ups for our next EMGA tournament, the Two-Man Chapman are open. The tournament will be held on Thurs, 4 Jun, with an 0800 Shotgun start on the Blue course.
Since this is a two-man team event, you can either sign up as an individual and get paired with another member, or you can sign up with a partner.
To sign up as an Individual:
1. Log into the EMGA Portal at egc-2026emga.golfgenius.com ,
2. Under the tournament name on the left side of the page, click on “Sign Up”
3. On the next page, click on the “I acknowledge . . . “ box
4. Click on “Sign Up” on the bottom right
The Tournament Committee will assign you a partner who has a handicap index close to yours.
Only one of your team members can sign up your team. Please coord with your partner on who will take care of signing up the team.
To sign up as a Team with a partner:
1. Log into the EMGA Portal at egc-2026emga.golfgenius.com
2. Under the tournament name on the left side of the page, click on “Sign Up”
3. Click “Add Member”, then enter your partner’s name
4. Click on “Playing with Host”. This puts you and your partner on the same team.
5. Click the “I acknowledge . . . “ : box
6. Click on “Sign Up” on the bottom right. If you get a red error box, ignore it.
Format: This is a new format for the EMGA. Competition will be Team vs Flight.
1. Both team members will tee off from their declared tees.
2. Each team member will then play his second shot hitting his partner’s ball as it lies.
3. After each team member hits his second shot, the team will decide which single ball to play, as it lies, using an alternate shot format. The player whose second shot is NOT used will hit the third shot and the team will alternate from there.
4. The alternate shot format will continue until the ball is holed.
5. There is no requirement to use a set number of second shots from either player.
Handicap: The A player receives 60%, and the B player receives 40%, of their course handicaps.
Scoring: Payouts to the top net finishers in each flight.
Closest-to-the-Pin on Par 3s: Included.
Skins: Optional Gross and Net Team skins at $5 per player, to be deducted from your EMGA account. Both players on the team must participate for the team to compete. Skins competition will be Team vs Flight.
Ringers and Ike Cup: This tournament will not count toward the Ringers or Ike Cup season long tournaments.

Attached are the Tee Sheet, Alpha List, and Rules for tomorrow's EMGA ABCD Scramble Tournament, Thurs, 21 May, on the Silver course, following the Memorial Breakfast, showing your starting holes, assigned tees, and teammates.
Your foursome GGID is: (If no GGID, you are not listed as playing)
Pro Shop and Range Open: 0630
Sign In: 0715-0815
Breakfast: 0730
Call to carts: 0830
Shotgun start: 0845
Please leave the last 4 range slots on the left hand side open for Eisenhower members playing the Blue course.
If you are scheduled to play and can no longer make it, please let us know as soon as possible.
The Sign-In tables will open just inside the Blue and Silver Dining rooms from 0715 to 0815. Please ensure you sign in before 0815 if you want to participate. If you have not signed in by 0815, you risk losing your slot to a walk up. The TC members manning the sign in tables are volunteers and need time themselves to hit the range before call to carts.
Scoring: We’ll be using the Golf Genius Mobile Scoring app and a paper scorecard. Enter only GROSS scores. One team member will enter the gross scores for the team on the GG app. A different team player will enter the team gross score on the paper scorecard and mark whose drive was used on each hole. Two team members will sign the paper scorecard.
You MUST use at least one drive from each player on Holes 1-9 and one drive from each player on Holes 10-18. These are not necessarily your first nine holes and your last nine holes.
After the round, turn in your paper scorecard to a Tournament Committee member in the Clubhouse. The TC will check both your paper scorecard and your mobile entry scores before you leave. If you have any questions, please ask that person. Once you leave the Clubhouse area, USGA rules prohibit any changes to the card or electronic scores. Failure to do so will result in a DQ for your foursome.
Walk-Ups: Since this is an ABCD Scramble, we will only add walk-up players to the tournament if there is an open slot within the range of the walk-up player’s HC Index. For example, if an A player walks up with a HC Index of 10, and the only open slots are for D players where the range of HC Indexes is in the upper 20s and 30s, we will not field the A player in one of those D player slots. To do so would give one team two A players and an unfair advantage over the field.
Please focus on pace of play. If you have an open hole ahead of you, you are behind.
