Members,
We hold three General Membership meetings a year. The second General Membership meeting will be held right after lunch (1 Aug, about 1300) following the second round of the Kregel tournament. The meeting should not last more than20 minutes.
IAW the Constitution, I need to send out an agenda two weeks prior to the meeting. Here’s the agenda.
Agenda
- Recognize the Kregel Champion along with each of the Flight net winners (if results are available).
- Review the Budget
- Review the nomination process for the Special Awards
- Distinguished Service Award
- Significant Contribution Award
- Open the nomination process for Executive Council openings. Voting occurs at the Fall General Membership meeting (26 Sep). All three incumbents plan on running.

- Vice President (current incumbent – Don Knight)
- Treasurer (current incumbent – John Hayes)
- Pace of Play
Immediately following the General Membership meeting and for those that are interested, we will hold a meeting to discuss next year’s (2025) Match Play format. Those members who are interested in the discussion and setting the format for next year are welcome to attend. I sent out earlier this year a short survey to those that participated in this year’s Match Play. The responses that I have received have been consolidated and are attached. This will frame the discussion for the Match Play meeting.
