Attached are the Tee Sheet, Alpha List, and Rules for tomorrow’s Two-Man Scramble, Thurs, 15 Aug, on the Blue course with an 0800 shotgun start.   Please note your playing partner and starting holes.

Range Opens: 0630 

Sign-in: 0645-0730 

Call to carts at 0745 

Shotgun start at 0800

If you are scheduled to play and can no longer make it, please contact Kevin Alldredge, golfer79@comcast.net, as soon as possible. 

We’ll be using Golf Genius Mobile scoring along with a paper scorecard.  A player from one team will log into Golf Genius using your foursome GGID and keep score for both teams.  A player from the other team will keep the paper scorecard for both teams.  Record the Gross score for each team.  After the round, compare the scores between the Mobile App and the paper card to ensure they are correct.  One golfer from each team must sign the paper scorecard.  Return the card to a Tournament Committee member in the Silver dining room after your round.  The electronic scorecard is the official scorecard.

The Sign-In tables will open in The Grille at 0645. Please ensure you sign in before 0730 if you want to participate. If you have not signed in by 0730, you risk losing your team slot to a single player needing a partner and you cannot participate without a partner under this format. The TC members manning the sign in tables are volunteers and need time themselves to hit the range before call to carts.

We strongly recommend all players focus on pace of play. Our goal is to complete the round in 4.5 hours or less.

Don’t forget to turn in your signed paper scorecard to the Tournament Committee member upstairs in the dining room.  If you have any questions on either the Mobile scoring App or the paper card, please ask that person.  Once you leave the Club House area, USGA rules prohibit any changes to either card.
