One team with a playing handicap difference of less than 10 was assessed a 10% playing handicap penalty when the penalty should not have applied.  This has been corrected, and it did result in a change in the standings and payouts for Flight 2. 

 

For those who look at the details, you’ll see there were three teams yesterday where the playing handicap difference between partners is 9 on the score sheet.  In Golf Genius, playing handicaps are computed to the thousandth decimal, which the score sheet doesn’t show.  For these three teams, the differential between partner playing handicaps was 9.513, 10.066, and 10.066.  The 10% penalty for the 9.513 team was removed, but remained in effect for the two teams with a differential greater than 10.
