We hope you enjoyed the breakfast yesterday. The EGC staff really went out of their way to ensure we had plenty of delicious food to accommodate all 103 of us. Please thank them again when you get a chance, especially since they are still short staffed.
One item we forgot to cover during yesterday’s meeting was the results of our survey for having The Grill open for breakfast on future tournaments when we do a shotgun start. As we mentioned, the course requires we purchase a minimum of $300 for them to have someone come in early. Unfortunately, we did not get enough members responding they would take advantage of The Grill being open to ensure we would generate enough sales. Therefore, given our tight budget for this year, we will not be asking The Grill to open for our shotgun starts.
FYI though – we will still be having a lunch after Round 2 of the Kregel on Thursday July 31st and another breakfast at our Fall meeting on TUESDAY, September 16th as well as the course will be buying us lunch as part of the EMGA Appreciation on Thursday, Oct 2nd.
